Your booking confirmation email contains important information about your tour, if you don't receive this email within an hour, firstly check your spam or junk mail folder and if it isn't there please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received your combined invoice and confirmation email, following successful payment.
Buying a gift? Select the 'gift voucher' option for a dateless voucher. You can either add the recipients email address to email the voucher directly to them, or if you would prefer to have a print off please add your own email address into the 'recipients email' box. If you do not receive a voucher please email us on email@example.com and we can resend it to you. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once purchased, including if they expire unused.
Advance booking is essential - we offer pre-booked tours only and cannot accommodate walk-ins on the day. If the date is already fully booked we are unable to take any additional bookings. We do not take bookings via phone.
We do not operate a cancellation list as any cancellations go back onto this website immediately, so please do check back. We will be opening the diary for the later half of 2019 from 1st March 2019.
